About Me
Hello Dancer!
I have been teaching dance & fitness classes for over 10 years and my passion is motivating others to find joy in movement. I grew up in a Lebanese and Syrian family where Arabic music was always playing. I was always in awe of how feminine and elegant the women in my community were when dancing. My style and choreography is inspired by them as well as my love for Egyptian raks (Arabic word for dance)!
My belly dance program is designed for people of all ages and abilities. However, I pay special attention to beginners. I believe dance is the most enjoyable way to stay fit, reduce stress, and build self confidence. But it is more fun and effective when you feel successful!
So my goal is to provide clear breakdowns, learning through repetition, and simple choreography. I also challenge you by taking you on a learning journey. My program will consist of several beginner and intermediate levels that you can progress through gradually as you build confidence.
